Shadow is about 12 yrs old. When we met her it was love at first sight, we didn’t know where she lived, but she would visit around often and we would give her food and pet her. Then of course we discovered that she actually was our next door neighbor’s cat! Little by little she got closer to us and then one day she decided she wanted to look inside our apartment, and ever since she has made our place her home too. She stays with us almost full time now. Her owners come to our house looking for her once in a while, but as soon as they’d let her out, she would come right back to our door looking for her food dish and to take a nap on her bed.
Shadow is such a gentle and sweet kitty. She is the reason we became “cat people”, because she was so well behaved, very clean and very polite. Of course, little we knew that most cats are not exactly that calm, but then we learn better when we got Johnny! They are both very good kitties, and we love them to pieces.
Shadow loves to nap on a pillow in a chair in our bedroom or right on the bed, and at night, she likes to lay down right next to our legs, she loves to sleep in physical contact with us.
She doesn’t like to eat alone. She sits next to her dish and waits for one of us to pet her and talk to her while she eats. She only eats by herself when she has wet food or unless she is really hungry! Her all-time favorite food is sardines, followed very close by tuna. She is picky with her cat food, she really likes Friskies and Fancy Feast =)
Chama, tan lindos tus mininos. Pero tienes que poner fotos mas recientes y actualizar la info de Shadow, ella ahora es tu gata. Tambien me di cuenta de que falta aquella foto espectacular del close up de Shadow, donde se le ven los ojos enormes.
